1. Scope and acceptance
By connecting a TikTok or Pinterest account or using an integration feature, you agree to these terms. These terms apply only to the TikTok and Pinterest integrations. Each platform also has its own terms, policies, and eligibility requirements, which continue to apply to your account and content.
2. Account authorization
You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting an account authorizes MockNexa to use the permissions you approve solely to provide the requested connection, content-preparation, publishing, and status features.
You may revoke access through TikTok or Pinterest or disconnect through the integration when that option is available. Revocation or disconnection stops future access but does not remove content already submitted or published.
3. Content and publishing control
Content is submitted to TikTok or Pinterest only when you request or approve the submission. You are responsible for reviewing the content, destination, audience, privacy choices, disclosures, interaction settings, links, captions, descriptions, hashtags, alt text, and board selection before publishing.
You retain responsibility for content published through either integration and for managing or deleting published TikTok posts or Pinterest Pins through the applicable platform.
4. Rights and platform compliance
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for every video, image, sound, recording, caption, hashtag, title, description, destination link, trademark, likeness, and other material you submit.
Your use must comply with applicable law and the current rules of the applicable platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, music and commercial-content rules, and Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, advertising rules, and developer policies where applicable.
5. Platform control and availability
TikTok and Pinterest control account eligibility, permissions, available publishing settings, processing, moderation, publication, visibility, distribution, and removal. We do not guarantee that either platform will accept, publish, distribute, or retain a submission.
An integration may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued if TikTok or Pinterest changes its API, policies, review status, permissions, or availability, or restricts your account or our API client.
6. Prohibited use
- Do not connect an account you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
- Do not bypass platform permissions, security controls, rate limits, or review requirements.
- Do not use either integration in violation of TikTok or Pinterest rules.
7. Third-party services
TikTok and Pinterest are independent third-party services. Their availability, decisions, and handling of content are outside our control. MockNexais not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or Pinterest unless explicitly stated.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the TikTok or Pinterest integrations, platform requirements, legal obligations, or security practices. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
